Rationale and Benefit to Departments

  • A report provided to the department or agency following the implementation of Neck Up Check Ups™ focuses on high-level, anonymized aggregate data to maintain strict member confidentiality while giving leadership actionable operational insights.
  • Identifies Systemic Issues: Identifying top administrative or operational stressors allows leadership to address root organizational problems rather than just individual symptoms.
  • Informs Risk Management & Policy: Broad tracking of stress and mental health trends helps the executive team refine internal wellness policies, peer support programs, and critical incident response protocols.

What a Report to the Agency Includes:

  • Aggregate Participation & Logistics Data: Total number of completed wellness checks, shift/unit completion rates
  • Anonymized Stressor Tracking: De-identified data highlighting the primary drivers of stress across the department, categorized into areas such as administrative burden, financial concerns, personal relationships, and gaps in general stress management
  • De-Identified Clinical & Resource Metrics: Percentage of members who utilized the session as a first-time meeting with a clinician, general referral trends to secondary resources (e.g., EAP, specialized psychotherapy, or peer support), and broad risk screening trends without individual identifiers
  • Program Evaluation & Satisfaction Metrics
